Maryland Department of Health Office of Oral Health

The Maryland Office of Oral Health is the principal state government agency responsible for focusing on the oral health needs of people in Maryland.  It works to improve the oral health of Marylanders by overseeing a number of programs dedicated to preventing oral diseases and injuries and increasing access to oral health care.  The Maryland Office of Oral Health was instrumental in the development of the Healthy Teeth, Healthy Kids campaign and regularly partners with the Maryland Dental Action Coalition to implement the campaign and evaluate its effectiveness.  The Maryland Office of Oral Health is housed within the Maryland Department of Health located in Baltimore, Maryland.
